Picture framer vacancy
We wish to hire a skilled framemaker who is capable of working on their own initiative and meet output targets. At least a year’s practical picture framing experience is essential.
Main responsibilities: To work under the instruction of the main framemaker in the production of frames. To work independently on producing frames, from start to finish. This includes all aspects of making picture frames and the maintenance of an efficient and tidy workshop. All tasks are carried out understanding the care of the artwork is of paramount importance.
The position is initially 16 hours a week, with a scope for more hours as we grow. We have the flexibility to consider a full-time position to secure the best person for the role.
